CONSENT to the processing of personal data

I hereby give my consent to:

(hereinafter referred to as the Operator(s), to the processing with or without automation tools of my personal data specified in the questionnaire form posted on the getexperts.ru website and/or in my CV attached, as well as data that may become known to the Operator during the job interview, namely:

• phone numbers and e-mail addresses or other methods of contact;
• information about education, including postgraduate vocational education (level of education, form of education, the educational institution, year of graduation from the educational institution, qualification and specialty according to the diploma);

• command of foreign languages, level of command, preferred language of communication;
• information about skills and professional experience, including PC experience (level of software proficiency, speed of typing);

• information about work activities and their results, including a list of duties, information about employers (month and year of employment, month and year of termination, position, company), promotions, transfers to a new position/job, reasons for termination and length of service;
• work permit;
• desired position;
• desired salary and salary level at the current (previous) workplace;

• willingness to business trips and relocation;
• important criteria when choosing a job;
• results of job interviews and decision made;
• preferences, preoccupations, interests and hobbies;
• picture;
• cookies: user data (location; OS type and version; browser type and version; provider; original source from where the user went to the website; pages viewed; number of page visits; information about website pages switching; duration of the user session; entry points (third-party websites containing links to the Website); exit points (links on the Website following which the user visits other websites); the language of the OS and the browser.

I give my consent to the processing of my personal data for the following purposes:

• consideration of my candidacy to fill vacant positions of the Operator’s clients, including through verification of and requests for additional information, aimed to assess business qualities and make a decision on employment or refusal; 
• establishment and maintenance of a database of personal data of candidates for possible employment in the future;
• receipt and storage of personal data and their carriers;
• entering into agreements and further performance of obligations;
• provision of information, including information about the Operator’s services;
• collection of opinions on the Operator’s services, in particular on the quality of service, including for providing recommendations on the services being provided/already provided by the Operator;

organization of access control to the grounds of the Operator.

My personal data may be processed in the following ways: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, blocking, transfer (provision, access, cross-border transfer to the states that provide adequate protection of the rights of subjects of personal data), deletion, partial destruction, destruction.This consent shall be valid until the decision is made to refuse employment/employ or until the exclusion from the candidates pool at the initiative of the Operator up to a maximum of three years from the date of its signing.I have been informed of the right to receive information about the processing of my personal data in accordance with 152-ФЗ as well as that I may withdraw this consent at any time by a written notice to the Operator or to the e-mail address: info@getexperts.ru.
