RESPONSIBILITIES:
Organize and monitor document workflow, internal distribution, transmittals, etc.;
Work with incoming and outgoing correspondence;
Overall administrative support of the CEO;
Travel support of the CEO.
REQUIREMENTS:
English at the upper intermediate level and above (written and spoken);
Previous experience in administrative support of an international company as a plus;
Good analytical and communication skills.
