The Internetional pharmaceutical company are looking for the Commercial Excellence Director.

Primary Job Function:

Lead and manage the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of business excellence to increase overall commercial effectiveness and productivity.

Build and lead the commercial excellence department in Russia

Acts with a clear business purpose, anticipating and creating value for all stakeholders. Executes with agility, anticipates and proactively addresses unmet customer needs based on insights and data

Core Job Responsibilities:

1. Define the commercial excellence strategic approach in Russia for the following enablers:

a. ensure one set of numbers (internal and external data) to bring data driven insights for business to let Management team make the best decisions;

b. provide the business with foresight market trends and forecast business targets achievement as well as potential risks;

c. ensure SFE & CRM teams set relevant KPI’s and give most relevant and latest tools and decisions to sales force teams to increse efficiency and to drive competitiveness;

d. bring new trends though BI team to make data the most simple and clear to use for the business;

e. ensure the most relevant standards and methods of capabilities development of commercial employees to reach strategic and operational goals;

f. ensure digital channel development through management of MCE&digital team, etc.

2. Lead and develop Regional SFE, CRM, Market research, Digital, Business intelligence, T&D and Event Teams

3. Bring new initiatives and projects to business to find new opportunities for business growth and development. Initiate and lead complex x-functional projects that give added value to business

4. Foster the culture of collaboration and best practice sharing to continuously critique and transform the commercial organization, to respond to fast changing competitive challenges

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree. Any post graduate credentials (MBA) in Business (marketing, strategy, analytics, process) – an advantage

  • Eхperience (5+ years), including experience in Sales/KAM, Sales leadership as well as CEx is a big advantage

  • Project Management

  • Proven Leadership, People management & Coaching.  Manages other managers within a function and/or affiliate. Ability to transform Abbott strategy to actions. Clear communication strategy to teams.

  • Strategic thinking & focus on business opportunities. Anticipation of industry’s changes. Proactive proposal regarding processes & resource optimization.

  • Mindset of partnership, with high multi-tasking ability (different levels; stakeholders; business models)

  • Ability to challenge status-quo, existing processes and approach

  • Experience of direct or in-direct management and/or involvement in commercial execution, analytics, market research, salesforce effectiveness, business intelligence, capability building, CRM, data management and governance, MCE and Digital areas

  • Experiments and innovates with purpose, delivers innovative business solutions with speed and within a compressed time frame, adapts and pivots faster than competitors.

  • Enhances customer centric co-creation and cross-functional collaboration, instills agile ways of working to better and faster respond to changing business conditions.

  • Drives toward shared values, diverse and inclusive thinking and commitments.
