• Lead the process to provide a regular business plan as well as financial forecast updates to the local and regional leadership teams. Identify risks and opportunities and develop plans on how to address them.
• Drive insights leading to growth across categories and customers through analysis of pricing, commercial terms, product portfolio, retail margin, stock evolution, cash flow as well as cost-to-serve analysis.
• Provide leadership and oversight to the multifunctional Category and Sales teams in terms of business review, pricing and margin dynamics, trade spending analysis and actuals, category growth, market dynamics, competitive landscape, digital transformations.
• Evaluate and propose process and practice transformation linked to external environment trends, legislation changes, implement continuous improvements to support organization-wide operations, and maintain the integrity of financial records.
• Responsible for accounts receivable collection and defining interventions required to meet cash flow targets.
• Oversee a system of controls-related activities: ensure systems and processes are in place to monitor internal controls and to respond to external audit requests. Identify areas where controls are insufficient and proactively strengthen the controls environment. Build a culture of strong stewardship in the multi-functional business team.
• Maintain stellar compliance with Legal, Tax, and Antitrust policies.
• Manage a team of ~30 employees, contribute to recruiting, workforce planning and development, lead productivity target delivery.

• A university degree (DipHE) is required
• Spoken and written fluency in English
• 15+ years of relevant business finance experience with several years spent in the FMCG and/or Retail industry
• Demonstrate high standards of financial and business acumen, financial analysis, financial controlling, proficiency in accounting, forecasting and reporting
• Outstanding leadership and critical thinking skills, growth mindset, ability to apply creative solutions to different customer challenges
• Rich experience in developing and leading large organizations as well as influencing cross-functional teams
