To continue and enable growth of Service in CA & Caucasus, we are now looking for a Director of Services in this region.
The position will be located at our office in Astana, Kazakhstan, and your work will require travelling in different corners of Central Asia and Caucasus.
Service department includes Field Services, Supply Chain, Warehouses, HSE
In this role, you will be focusing on following areas:
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for the CA& Caucasus operative service activity
- Responsible for Services HSE in the area
- Responsible for P/L and investments
- Develop and grow service contracts & agreements
- Proactive sales support including area fleet management, customer account and site plans.
- Develop and manage service resources and drive operational excellence
- Define required competences and capacity together with global functions. Ensure needed training
- Ensure solid customer feedback to other functions
- People engagement and customer satisfaction.
