Finance Director (Turkey)

Key objectives:

  • Supporting the CEO and headquarters management with project initiatives in the development of the Order-to-Cash process, influencing sales performance and helping to shape commercial strategy.
  • Maintaining economic and tax efficiency, optimizing working capital.
  • Attracting trade finance and liaising with financial institutions.
  • Operational management in liquidity management, budgeting, reporting and tax compliance (including transfer pricing).
  • Providing financial advice to business teams.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams (sales, customer support, logistics, supply chain) in different regions (China, Russia, EU, Turkey).
  • Communication with local and group audit teams, local consultants and regulatory agencies.
  • Team building and management: 10+ people, including country office staff.


    • This position is for you if you:

  • Have experience working in finance, preferably in a multicultural corporate environment.
  • Possess entrepreneurial drive and leadership skills, in-depth information analysis skills.
  • Able to identify and realize valuable business opportunities in a fast-paced environment, with extreme uncertainty and limited information flow.
  • Have experience and in-depth understanding of logistics, supply chain management, sales, marketing, purchasing processes.
  • Have experience managing a team of 5+ people, including managing remote and functionally subordinate teams.

    • Education: degree in economics; ACCA/CIMA/CMA degree which will be an advantage

    Foreign language:
    Fluent in English and Russian (knowledge of Turkish will be an advantage).

    Bonuses and social package:
    Wage based on interview results, bonuses for effective work and results+ relocation package.
