Our client is a well-known international company is looking for a Head of Demand Planning.
As a Head of demand planning you will be managing of the S&OP process in the company — leading regular meetings with the purchasing department and other completed departments; Calculation of general and short forecasts of consumption, increase in total consumption; Building and managing the process of promotional forecasting in the company using available tools and methods; Development and reporting of training on forecasting accuracy, identifying the insufficiency of the reasons for accuracy, preparing proposals for its threat; Development of algorithms, methods and technical solutions for demand forecasting and probability forecasting; Motivate and train the team.
If you have high education (logistics, statistics, economics), excellent communication and analytical skills, successful at least 5 years experience in Demand Planning in FMCG companies; management a team more than 2 years, experience of automation the business processes, fluent knowledge of English, Power BI, SAP APO, you have an excellent opportunity to become a candidate for this vacancy.
