- We are looking for a Head of HR (Russia & CIS).
- You will lead HR function. Moreover, you will be responsible for implementation of HR strategies, culture change initiatives, leading organizational design, development, and change management initiatives.
What you’ll need to succeed
- We are looking for a successful HR director from a medium-sized business (preferably from international FMCG industry).
- To be considered for this role, you need at least 3 years of experience in HR positions in international companies.
- A familiarity with legislative and regulatory legal acts and personnel management methodologies will be your advantage.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential.
