Обязанности:
Delivering VE (value engineering) projects and continuous improvement in packaging materials (For example optimization of current cardboard or change the thickness of flexible materials);
Lead line trials to qualify alternative materials and /or suppliers;
Bring new ideas to improve processes and materials;
Arrange transportation tests, prepare reports, handle results review and make a recommendation to the business based on received results;
Support local and global team with tender preparation;
Manage NPD redesign projects: create SAP codes and bar codes, check artworks;
Supplier communication about ongoing projects, technical requirements to materials, order samples for trials;
Review and adjust palletizations;
Create new packaging specifications, change and update current if needed;
Support Global Packaging team with required info, samples, progress on projects;
SAP master data: create packaging material codes, update BOMs;
Prepare and update working instructions for the production team (Blue Book, palletization, BOM).
Требования к опыту:
1 year of working experience as a packaging coordinator, junior packaging technologist, artwork coordinator, project engineer in FMCG company;
Higher Education;
Basic project management skills;
Certain experience with AutoCAD (highly preferred) or alternative drawing creation system. Can read and understand drawings at least, ideally can draw by himself/herself;
Experienced user of MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
Drive for results, goal-oriented (achiever), learning agility, responsibility;
Good communication skills and a positive approach;
English – Intermediate and higher.
