Essential Responsibilities:
- Scan and Analysis the mid-high sample volume customer market and potential KA customer segmentation to make the opportunities list
- Works with distributors to identify potential key accounts, establish relationship, and visit decision-makers to generate new leads in line with strategies, accomplish the sales target
- Expands the network of national and international KOL and national reference sites as guided by HQ strategies and programs; Organize related marketing activities
- Lead and empower distributor to reach the KA target
- Prepares reports to the National Sales & Marketing Manager and HQ regarding sales data and market information;
- Assist National Sales&Marketing Manager to manage IVD business transformation.
Position Specifications:
Knowledge/Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Business Administration, International Trade, Medical Electronic, Biological Project or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 5 years’ working experience as KA manager or BD Manager at top players in in-vitro diagnostics industry

- Experienced in business development
Work Environment
- Able to travel frequently in local country, working in the field if needed
- Enjoy teamwork and willing to exchange ideas to facilitate growth of the team
