Обязанности:
- Support Sales & Marketing teams in profitability increase requests/projects (analytics, business cases calculation, presentation)
- Analyze market trends in terms of pricing, price-pack architecture, promo and assortment and highlight insights
- Develop & maintain promo effectiveness scorecards, lead preparation for promo effectiveness reviews (including e.g., promotional intensity of products and brands, ROI analysis, identifying best mechanics in promo)
- Prepare recommendations for Pricing & Promo Policy and calculate financial impact of proposed scenarios
- Drive NRM mindset across organization in decision making process
- Propose margin accretive initiatives and track their execution
- Provide ongoing feedback on effectiveness of NRM approach, toolkit and key enabling processes
- Present to the management team
Требования к опыту:
- Higher degree (finance, economics, maths, etc.)
- NRM (RGM, SRM) or Finance (Sales/Marketing controller or business partner) experience non less than 2 years on manager level (FMCG preferably, Pharma, Retail)
- Advanced analytical skills
- Strong leadership and decision making skills
- Understanding of P&L structure in FMCG businesses (critical)
- Excel high level incl. modeling (critical)
