Our client, a well-known pharmaceutical company, is looking for an Operations Director. In this role you will be in charge of Finance, Legal, Purchasing and HR functions. You will report to the GM and regional CFO.
Being a key member of the Board you will lead a team of 25+ people and provide leadership in these spheres. Regional area of responsibility: Russia & CIS. You will be a point of contact between Russia and HQ.
The right candidate should have more than 10 years experience in Finance within a large or middle sized international company. Experience in pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
Excellent people management skills, strong problem solving and interpersonal skills as a must.
