Responsibilities:
- Executing product innovation and optimization pipeline for selected product categories;
- Initiating and steering of improvement and saving projects for formulations, raw materials and technology;
- Search for new materials and suppliers;
- Organization and conduction of analytical testing for new materials;
- Laboratory testing of product formulations;
- Participation in consumer testing of new formulations;
- Ensuring product safety, performance and cost requirements;
- Pilot plant testing of new formulations and technologies;
- Participation in production optimization processes.
Requirements:
- Higher education (chemistry, chemical technology, cosmetics technology);
- At least 2 years of relevant experience;
- Laboratory work experience is a must;
- English: Intermediate (as advantage);
- Knowledge of cosmetic products, features, market, and trends;
- Knowledge of local chemical market, experience with local ingredient suppliers;
- Strong analyst, good computer skills, good communicator;
- Attentive to details, multitasking, proactive, creative person.
