Responsibilities:
- Assess the brand situation in Russia, contributing to the identification of the Russian «Core Consumer Challenge» and «Jobs to be Done» each year as part of the annual Integrated Performance Planning (IAP) process in partnership with Consumer & Commercial Insights
- Expand the IAP to a robust Russian brand plan, coordinating with the local client marketing team to ensure maximum market impact and achieve the brand’s annual financial and commercial goals.
- A&P brand budget management.
- Leading the in-market delivery of all consumer-facing Brand activities in Off-trade and partner with Customer Marketing & Commercial teams on all trade-facing activities
- Collaborate with customer marketing and commercial operations teams on all trade-related activities as defined in the IAP, ensuring excellence in execution.
- Working with Insights for the effectiveness of all brand activities in Russia
- Collaborate with the Consumer & Commercial Insights team to gain a deeper understanding of the brand’s target consumer and buyer in Russia.
- Lead and inspire a business organization to drive brand growth
- Define innovation agenda & pipeline
- Participate in activity ideation & development in the annual Integrated Activity Planning (IAP) process
Skills and experience:
- Good analytical skills with ability to draw right conclusions
- Brand management experience
- Experience in leading or supporting brand strategy development & marketing planning
- Experience multiple specialty areas: innovation, promotions, events, etc.
- Verbal/written skills at all levels in an organization; ability to generate meaningful presentations
- Fluent in English
