Обязанности:
*Working independently on key projects with KA
*Independently lead category management projects in KA
*Market data analysis: to search for market opportunities with help of external data e.g. Nielsen,GFK etc
*Sales data analysis: to analyze and find the best solutions for Henkel and retailers
*Develop assortment strategy for KA, including innovations launch
*Search for shopper marketing opportunities based on Henkel shopper research
*Lead assortment and promo monitoring projects
Требования к опыту:
английский (Разговорный)
*Higher education
*At least 3 years working experience in category management, sales or marketing for mass consumption brands
*Strong analytical skills
*Excellent communication skills
*Strong experience in negotiations
