Well-known international company with a strong reputation on a Retail market has opened a new position: SENIOR LAWYER (CONTRACTUAL WORK, INTERNATIONAL PROJECTS).
YOUR NEW ROLE
You will provide full-fledged legal support of retail business, in particular, foreign trade — purchase and sale agreements, contractual work (supply and production, forwarding, insurance, brokerage, certification, NDA, etc.) and interaction with brand partners and copyright holders. Your zone of responsibility includes civil law, customs legislation, international private and transport law.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCEED
To be accepted for this position, you must have over than 5 years of proven experience in legal within RETAIL/FMCG companies. Expertise in foreign trade, civil and customs law is highly essential too. Strong Intermediate+ level of written English (contractual work in English, bilingual and international agreements).
