• information about work activities and their results, including a list of duties, information about employers (month and year of employment, month and year of termination, position, company), promotions, transfers to a new position/job, reasons for termination and length of service;

For the purposes of assisting the Applicant in finding employment or organizing another cooperation between the Applicant and a potential employer, informing the Applicant about emerging career opportunities, conducting a preliminary job interview for the purpose of employment or another type of engagement, providing services/performing work by the Applicant based on a civil law contract, as well as for the purpose of carrying out activities by the Operator associated with human resource management and labor market analytics, the personal data of the Applicant may be transferred to third parties – legal entities included in the Group of persons¹ of the Operator and the Clients of the Operator and the Group of persons of the Operator (hereinafter referred to as the Clients of the Operator)².

This Consent shall be valid for three (3) years from the date of its receipt.

¹ The concept of a group of persons has the meaning assigned in Article 9 of Federal Law “On Protection of Competition” No. 135-ФЗ dated July 26, 2006.

² The Applicants’ data can only be transferred to the Operator’s Clients and the Operator’s Group of Persons being potential employers for the Applicants.
