YOUR NEW ROLE
This role will help company to lead new service launches and start up business units in different jurisdictions due to active worldwide expansion. This largest IT company possesses huge number of media and content services, complicated solutions in IT and electronic platforms, that is why SENIOR LEGAL COUNSEL is mainly about to provide IP expertise.
Also, you will cooperate with other company’s units and global teams of consultants, assess risks in different jurisdictions, advise on various legal matters, promote compliance, draft legal documents, negotiate agreements, organize and coordinate global counsels.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
To be considered for this role, you will have 7+ years of work experience, 3+ years of PQE in IT companies/ILFs, experience in Intellectual Property, familiarity with international regulations in the IT business. Strong expertise in managing external consultants is a must.
Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential.
